Prayer Support
At Where Grace Abounds we place an emphasis on prayer because we know that God works through the prayers of His people. Since prayer is absolutely vital to the life and growth of a ministry we meet regularly for prayer. We would ask that you join us in prayer by praying for us in the following areas:
General Prayer Requests
- God’s provision spiritually, emotionally, and relationally for those who are sexually and relationally broken
- The well being of the staff and leadership of WGA, and their families–for vision, stamina, and adequate rest and recreation
- Continued financial and prayer support of the ministry
- God’s healing presence in ways people can recognize Him
- Employment for those that attend WGA that are currently out of work or under-employed
Staff and Leader’s Ongoing Commitments:
- Thursday Night Group (45 — 55 people attending weekly)
- Intercessory Prayer – first Saturdays
- Networking with the Body of Christ
- Counseling/Mentoring – (Currently ten people in discipleship counseling)
- Teach periodically at Thursday Group Meeting
- Facilitate Small Groups
Admin Responsibilities:
- Monthly newsletter
- Monthly report to donors
- General Staff Meetings every other Wednesday
- Prayer Mtngs: monthly intercessory, bi-weekly Wed, weekly Friday
- Director’s bi-Monthly/monthly meetings with each staff member
- Preparation for various speaking/teaching
- Maintain Relationships With Personal Support Team
We require that everyone attend an orientation meeting so that they may fully understand how our small group meetings work. Our orientation meetings are on the third Thursday night of every month. Call the office to find out the location of our meetings.
Where Grace Abounds provides a number of resources to help educate and equip family, friends, ministry leaders, and those struggling personally with sexual and relationship issues.
Where Grace Abounds offers a variety of services, including support groups, discipleship counseling, and teaching.
